Recently, a breakthrough has been made in the research on the design and integration technology of new rare earth permanent magnet motor, which successfully developed 2.2kW coreless motor and 5kW transverse flux motor. The efficiency of the developed coreless motor is 89.8%, 11.8% higher than that of Y2 series asynchronous motor of the same specification, the power density is increased by 103%, and the power density of the transverse flux motor is twice that of the ordinary motor. The two kinds of permanent magnet AC servo motors developed in this project can be widely used in CNC machine tools, robots, electric vehicles, elevators, household appliances and other occasions.

At present, some achievements of this subject have been transferred to Dalian Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang speed regulating motor Co., Ltd. The enterprise can form the scale of production and export soon after the production.
